Happy Wellness Wednesday!

Today We Mediate!

People Who Meditate..

Are able to embrace their emotions, laugh at

themselves, nourish their bodies, focus, listen

and enjoy every bit of their life!

How to Meditate Mindfully

1. Take a Seat (find a quiet and calm place)

2. Set a Time Limit (know your end time, do at

least 5 minutes)

3. Notice Your Body (make sure you are in a

comfortable position, one you can stay in the

entire time of meditating)

4. Feel Your Breath (notice each inhale and

exhale, it helps with focus and de-stressing)

5. Notice When Your Mind Starts to Wander

(once you notice, return your mind to your

breaths)

6. Be Kind to Your Wandering Mind (don't

judge or obsess over thoughts that come

during meditation, let them come in with your

inhale and release them with your exhale)
